In this VPSServer.com review we found that they offer a lot of plans for great prices in 3 continents. On the negative side they don’t have management options for their plans.
When it comes to Support, VPSServer.com does pretty well. They have community support as well as team support. Their community support so far is slightly lacking, but it’s all written up well.
However, their main support team is extremely efficient. They have a live chat option, which isn’t 24/7, but always provided us with prompt and solid answers. On top of this, if you have less urgent requests, their email support responds within 48 hours. On the whole, a solid support system.
On the whole, VPSServer provides great VPS services at an affordable price. There are a few niggles here or there but nothing to get too worried about.
